"50th Year of the Revolution"
Dear Brothers from all over the World:
We have just been notified about the decision of the three Judges of
Atlanta. Under absurd political pressures, two of them rejected nearly all
of our appeal points, and only granted three of us re-sentencing, in an attempt
to divide us, weaken us and isolate us.
They are once again wrong. We will never stop fighting; we will continue
appealing up to the highest judicial authorities about this cruel injustice.
They will never divide us, and we will not abandon Gerardo and Rene, nor any
of our brothers. We are Five, and we will remain Five until the final
victory.
It is time to raise our voices, to speak up, to demand our immediate
liberation; it is time to make this absurd injustice tremble.
We count on all of you for this effort. United we will Succeed!

Queridos Hermanos de todo el Mundo:
Acabamos de recibir la decisión de los tres Jueces de Atlanta, en la que,
bajo presiones políticas insólitas, dos de ellos negaron casi todos nuestros
puntos de apelación, concediendo solo a tres de nosotros un proceso de
re-sentencia, como un intento de dividirnos, debilitarnos y aislarnos.
Se equivocaron nuevamente, jamás dejaremos de luchar y apelar hasta las
últimas instancias esta cruel injusticia. Jamás nos dividirán ni
abandonaremos a Gerardo y René, ni a ninguno de nuestros hermanos. Somos
Cinco y Cinco seremos hasta la victoria final.
Es hora de levantar nuestras voces, de manifestarnos, de exigir libertad
inmediata, es hora de hacer temblar esta absurda injusticia.
Contamos con todos ustedes en este empeño. ¡Unidos Venceremos!
