Today Miami Federal Judge Joan Lenard issued an order to grant Motions to Continue Sentencing filed by the defense counsels of Fernando González and Ramón Labañino. Sentencing hearings as to the above defendants shall be reset on an unspecified date.
The sentencing hearing for Antonio Guerrero shall proceed as previously set on October 13, at 10:30 Am.
